Haiwaan: Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan reunite after 17 years for Priyadarshan movie

Titled Haiwaan, the Hindi film reunites Saif and Akshay after Tashan in 2008. Priyadarshan posted an image of Saif and Akshay from the Lord’s Stadium through the third India-England Test match.

“Haiwaan, my subsequent with Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan,” posted Priyadarshan on his official Instagram. Touted to be the Hindi remake of Oppam, the film is about to go on flooring in 2026. Oppam (2016), starring Mohanlal, was helmed by Priyadarshan.

Meanwhile, Priyadarshan and Akshay Kumar are engaged on a venture titled Bhoot Bangla. The horror drama is prone to launch in direction of the tip of 2025. The film marks the return of the Akshay Kumar-Priyadarshan mixture after Khatta Meetha in 2010.

Saif Ali Khan, who recovered from accidents after he was stabbed by an intruder in January 2025, was final seen in Devara Part: 1. The pan-Indian film additionally had Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles.
