
Man doused with petrol, set on fireplace over parking row in Delhis R.Okay. Puram
The accused, Gaya Prasad, a 42-year-old mechanic, is being questioned by the police. Based on Mr. Chauhan’s assertion, a case has been registered in opposition to the accused beneath Section 109(1) (try to homicide) of the BNS.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (South West) Amit Goel stated a PCR name was obtained on the R.Okay. Puram police station on Sunday night time a few man being set ablaze. This led to an argument and the accused poured petrol on Mr. Chauhan, which immediately sparked a hearth, Mr. Raj stated. “As per the preliminary investigation, the fireplace may have been attributable to a cigarette lit contained in the automotive,” Mr. Goel stated.
