The entrance check came about in three shifts on April 23. In the primary shift, candidates appeared for the Physics and Chemistry paper from 11.00 A.M. to 12:30 P. M. In the second shift, they wrote the Biology examination from 1:30 to 2:15 P. M. and within the final shift, they took the Mathematics paper from 3:00 -3:45 P. M.

The examination was performed at Dharmanagar, Kailasahar, Ambassa, Khowai, Bishalgarh, Udaipur, Santirbazar and Agartala.

Candidates looking for admission to Engineering/Technological diploma programs (Group-A) needed to seem in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and people looking for admission to diploma programs in Veterinary/Agriculture/ Fisheries, Paramedical and others (Group-B) needed to seem in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Candidates of each teams (Group-C) needed to seem in all 4 topics.
