
Defamation case: Lucknow Court grants bail to Rahul Gandhi

The case pertains to alleged defamatory remarks towards Indian troopers made throughout his Bharat Jodo Yatra in 2022, his counsel advocate Pranshu Agarwal mentioned.

The complainant alleged his sentiments have been damage by Mr. Gandhi’s assertion in regards to the alleged beating of Indian troopers by the Chinese troopers.
On February 11, the particular courtroom ordered Gandhi to be summoned on prices of defamation.
