
Group Captain Shukla extracted in secure situation from capsule, present process post-mission medical analysis: ISRO

“The capsule was recovered promptly by SpaceX’s restoration groups, and Shukla was extracted in secure situation,” ISRO stated.

It added that Mr. Shukla’s post-mission medical analysis and restoration protocol would span seven days.
“The post-mission medical analysis and restoration protocol contains cardiovascular assessments, musculoskeletal exams, and psychological debriefs aimed toward guaranteeing full physiological restoration and information seize for future missions,” the area company stated.
As a part of India’s participation in Axiom-04, a devoted ISRO high-level delegation and a Mission Operations Team have been deployed to Kennedy Space Centre, Florida, forward of the launch.
Later, each groups moved to the Johnson Space Centre, Houston, to hitch within the docking operations.
The Mission operations group continued to remain there, gaining invaluable first-hand expertise in managing human spaceflight operations.
