The police have registered a case of homicide beneath sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and is trying to find the accused.

According to police, incident passed off after midnight on Monday at Peepal Chowk in Manduwala, the place Azhar Tyagi, a resident of Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh, allegedly opened fireplace at Rohit Negi’s automotive, who was returning dwelling with a few of his associates.

According to the police, Tyagi, who was driving a bike with certainly one of his companions, shot Negi within the neck.

Police mentioned that preliminary investigation revealed that the deceased had a combat with Tyagi over the telephone relating to a feminine good friend. Following this, Tyagi had threatened him. Further investigation is underway, police added.
