Carol Coelho was born and grew up in a small city in Brazil. She attended Indiana University learning Fashion and Costume Design. After graduating in 2005, she moved to New York City to work for the home of Bill Blass as an assistant designer. In 2008, Carol went to Paris to work in cloth manipulation and shortly upon returning to New York in 2009, she was employed by Isaac Mizrahi to work as Textile Director. Finding a chance to discover the market in Brazil, Carol determined to maneuver to Sao Paulo on the finish of 2010 and commenced working as head designer for Brazilian designer Carlos Miele, a put up she held for 2 years till launching her personal label, Carol Coelho.
