Siddipet: In a stunning incident, group leaders boycotted a former sarpanch’s household and refused to participate in his final rites at Boppapur village of Akbarnagar Bhumpally mandal in Siddipet district. Former sarpanch Bandameedi Sailoo, 71, had a dispute with the group over a chunk of land in Boppapur village.

Sailoo died on Tuesday, however the group elders didn’t attend his final rites. Earlier, village elders performed a panchayat to settle the land dispute with Sailoo and different group members, however in useless.
