The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has obtained 5 contemporary complaints of homicide, genocide and crimes towards humanity towards a complete of 228 folks together with ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina.
Confirming the matter to BSS, ICT prosecutor Gazi MH Tamim stated the complaints have been filed with the workplace of the chief prosecutor on Sunday.
Charges have been introduced towards Sheikh Hasina and 64 others over the killings of school college students Nure Alam Siddique Rakib and Zubayer on the Mymensingh-Kishoreganj Highway on July 20. Rakib’s father Abdul Halim and Zubayer’s father Anwar Uddin filed the grievance yesterday.
Sheikh Hasina and 27 others have been accused of the killing of Maruf Hossain in entrance of BRAC University within the capital’s Badda space on July 19. Maruf’s father Mohammad Idris filed the grievance.
One Shafikul Islam Sarkar filed the third grievance towards Sheikh Hasina and different unnamed accused over the killing of his son Faisal Sarkar on July 19 in Uttara Abdullahpur space.
Hasina was accused together with 75 others in one other grievance filed over the killing of Mahfuzur Rahman, 25, in Mirpur-10 intersection space on July 19. Mahfuzur’s father Abdul Mannan filed the grievance.
One Mohammad Amanullah filed one other grievance towards ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina and 57 others over the killing of his son Samiu Aman Nur, 13, in Uttara Azampur Footover Bridge space on August 5.
